Site News: Ravelry Shop Now Open!

October 12, 2013

I have looked into Ravelry and I had sworn I wasn’t going to give in and that I didn’t like their user interface… and then I also looked at the fact that so many people use Ravelry exclusively to supply their pattern needs, free or purchasable, so I have put up the PDf patterns on Ravelry as well. You can check out my store here.

DeviantART Site Is Now Open!

July 30, 2013

I have now uploaded the images of my work to DeviantArt. You can see it here: http://starbeamerpatterns.deviantart.com/

I am hoping that this will help me get a bit more visibility. Wish me luck! It will also be a place where I can put up a lot of my other projects, so I am hopeful about this change.

Starbeamer Patterns is Officially Open On Etsy!

May 12, 2013

Starbeamer Patterns is officially open on Etsy! Now customers have the option for going to Craftsy or Etsy to buy the patterns. Since it is cheaper for me to put them on Craftsy, I have passed that savings on to you, the customer and they are cheaper on Craftsy.

https://www.etsy.com/shop/Starbeamer is the link to my new store.

Site News: Reduced Updates

July 2, 2010

Recently, I graduated from college. I have enjoyed having free time and taking care of the house and starting my garden. Unfortunately, my husband has been burdened with going to school and working. I needed to do something about that, so I got a job. It pays better than his job, I work full time, and he gets to reduce his hours at work to concentrate on his studies. We are finally on health insurance and I am making enough money that we are not in the red every month.

Sad to say, working 45 hours a week allows me little time to do the crafts and things that I love. Because of this, I am going to reduce my updates from once a week to once a month.
